I've been a loyal Rosie's customer for almost 8 years and have purchased many overalls for myself and family members. Sadly, I NEVER will again! I placed an order 6 weeks ago, had my credit card charged and when my order arrived it was COD for an extra duty in an amount that was 33% of the cost of the overalls. Nowhere in the ordering process did it tell me duty was extra. I refused to receive the order. due to the ridiculous additional costs. To add insult to injury, I have since reached out three times inquiring about what happens now, to please refund my credit card and have heard NOTHING. I've paid for an item that has neither been received nor refunded with no response to my repeated customer service inquiries. CAUTION to anyone making a purchase!
