Sturdy soft fabric and well sewn. Very comfortable. I am 5’4” and 150lbs. They are slightly long. I bought a medium. They fit great over my regular clothes for work.
I’ve worn Rosie’s coveralls for almost 20 years, working as a volunteer removing invasives in a local park. The knee pads are essential for what I do. They would be much better if the opening for the knee pads were at the top like they used to be. As it is, they tend to fall out even with the velcro closure. I’ve lost quite a few knee pads that way.
While the coveralls' arms and legs were long on me, the body's fit is quite nice. I have already hemmed up the legs; and am testing working with the sleeves simply rolled up past the polka dots. While I've worn the garment a couple of times for work with animals, I have yet to put in a long day while wearing the garment.
One slight downside: I have chemical sensitivities so I noticed that the coveralls did arrive with a slight detergent smell, but I think this smell came out in the first wash.
This is the second coverall I ordered from Rosie’s. First one lasted seven years, and it’s still good. Happy to report quality is still the same with the new coverall. All I had to do is shorten the legs a bit. Love these coveralls for my garden work: They fit, are robust and absolutely mosquito-proof. Thank you, Rosie’s.
cuff snap came off with first wear, contacted customer support, have yet to hear back but it's only been a little over a week.
other than that, i like them quite a lot. a little baffled by the find your size tool, told me i was an XL, which is adorable. i assume it must work off flat garment measurements not around the body measurements - but it doesn't specify. ordered the XS based on the size chart and it fits perfectly over bulky clothes. there's clearly quite a lot of allowance in the garment sizing for under clothes, which is excellent.
fabric cleans up well. after a week's build up of ground in dirt on the knees i hosed them off with the garden sprayer and they cleaned right up. fabric is decent at avoiding snagging, not great, but better than my normal canvas dungarees. finally it breathes better than i expected. while they are warm, they also manage to allow cooling. granted, i haven't tried wearing them in 95 °F summer heat yet.
snap not with standing, i will buy again when these wear out.
