I’m a farmhand, and was using a particular Trading Co.’s coveralls to work in the market garden for a whole season, and kept thinking to myself there has to be a better way to get the pocket space, coverage, ease of putting on-and-off, and durability (there were holes and tears after a handful of months) of bibs… when I found Rosie’s, I immediately knew the fit would be much better, and when they arrived in the mail, I could immediately tell they were tough as nails. So far, I have worn them to work every day, *literally,* and they have not failed me once. Being a farmhand requires me to have a wide range of handheld tools on hand at any given moment, and the incredible pocket depth and variety has held up incredibly well. The elastic straps prevent things from getting hot and suffocated downstairs and make crouching and leaning over much easier than with conventional non-elastic bib straps. I could go on… but I won’t. Just get the damn bibs and support a wonderful business that hasn’t succumbed to cheaper materials and poorer construction in exchange for more $$$!!!!
I wanted to love these so bad. As a woman who does physical work every day for my job, I couldn't wait for a woman branded overall. I loved the color and fabric. Sadly though, the sizes were enormous. I usually wear a medium at 5'7" and 120 pounds. I got a small and an xtra small as I saw some reviews that said they run big. The pictures online also looked very big. I need my clothes baggy, I hate tight fitting clothes. So when I got these overalls I was shocked. The small fit like a Large, or even extra Large. The Xsmall could have been a medium or Large. I mean come on - we woman are hippy but good god, I couldn't come close to fitting in these, even an extra small. So disappointing, the fabric and quality seemed great otherwise.
